# If something goes wrong

> Troubleshooting sound, loading, playback, bookmarks, lyrics, password reset, streaks, and not-found pages.

| **No sound**                             | Volume up, silent mode off, unplug headphones, check Bluetooth speaker.                                                                                                                                                                                                         |
| **Stuck loading**                        | Check Wi‑Fi or mobile data; close the tab and open Melophrase again.                                                                                                                                                                                                            |
| **Music will not play or skip**          | Your **trial time** may be used for now, or your **membership** needs renewing — go to [melophrase.com/pricing](https://www.melophrase.com/pricing) and sign in, or open [your account](https://www.melophrase.com/account) if you use it.                                      |
| **“Song not found”**                     | Open the song again from the **Library** or a playlist instead of an old bookmark.                                                                                                                                                                                              |
| **Lyrics not moving right**              | Toggle **Auto** off and on; drag the time bar slightly.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         |
| **Password link does nothing**           | Request a **new** reset email from [reset-password](https://www.melophrase.com/reset-password); try another browser; then email **[support@melophrase.com](mailto:support@melophrase.com)**.                                                                                    |
| **Wrong day or streak**                  | The app uses your **phone’s date and time zone**; if you travel, numbers may shift until everything catches up.                                                                                                                                                                 |
| **Billing, charge, or plan looks wrong** | Check [pricing](https://www.melophrase.com/pricing) and your email **receipts** from checkout (often from **Lemon Squeezy**); read the [Terms](https://www.melophrase.com/terms); then **[support@melophrase.com](mailto:support@melophrase.com)** with what you see on screen. |

## Page not found

If you land on a **“not found”** screen, use the **bottom tabs** or the **back** arrow to return to Home or Library.
