Melophrase is built so you can try listening and reading lyrics before you fully commit. There are two related ideas that work together:
  1. Subscribing on the website — When you buy a monthly or annual plan through melophrase.com/pricing, the public page is built around a 7-day free trial: you are not charged until after that trial ends (see the pricing page for the exact line next to the button). You need to log in or create an account to reach checkout.
  2. Listening in the app — During any trial or unpaid period, listening may still be limited (for example by time or by day) so the offering stays fair for everyone. When that access runs out for the period, you need a paid membership (or lifetime access if you bought it) for full, uninterrupted listening — unless you already subscribed in time.
Full detail on plans, taxes, checkout, and the payment partner is in Pricing and checkout so this guide and the live site stay aligned.

Who processes your payment

Checkout on melophrase.com/pricing is run by Lemon Squeezy — they act as the merchant of record for card and wallet charges. You will usually see Lemon Squeezy on your bank statement and in order / receipt emails; they also provide a customer portal for invoices and some subscription tasks. Melophrase uses the order data Lemon Squeezy sends us to turn on your access in the app.

Ways to pay (what we offer)

  • Monthly — Pay each month; cancel according to the terms.
  • Yearly (annual) — Pay once per year; usually the best value if you know you will stick with it.
  • LifetimePay once for long-term access without a subscription after that. It may be offered as an early-bird deal on the pricing page and may not always be available — if you see it on pricing, that page has the numbers.
Current prices and the checkout button are always on melophrase.com/pricing.

If listening stops and a message mentions your account

Open melophrase.com — especially pricing and your account if you use it — to check your trial, renew, or change plan. That is the same kind of place the app points you when trial listening has run out for the period. If something still does not add up, email support@melophrase.com.
