Wrong day or streakThe app uses your phone’s date and time zone; if you travel, numbers may shift until everything catches up.
Billing, charge, or plan looks wrongCheck pricing and your email receipts from checkout (often from Lemon Squeezy); read the Terms; then support@melophrase.com with what you see on screen.
