If your question is only about billing or a charge, note that Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com) is our payment provider and merchant of record for purchases on melophrase.com/pricing — charges and receipts usually come from them. Keep any receipt, order ID, or customer portal link from their emails and mention them when you write to support@melophrase.com — it speeds things up.
