Your account (/account)

Open melophrase.com/account to manage profile-style details on the web: for example name, username, email, avatar, and related controls shown on that screen. Wording on the page is along the lines of “Your account” and “Manage your Melophrase account details.” In-app profile and plan text may overlap with this; use either place that is easiest, knowing billing and subscription are centred on pricing and checkout, not necessarily every line of the account screen.

Welcome after sign up (/welcome)

melophrase.com/welcome is a personalised page (not meant for search engines to index) with a short letter and quick links, typically including:
  • Open app — launches the Melophrase web app in a new tab (the exact host is whatever the site is configured to use, often something like app.melophrase.com).
  • Choose subscription — goes to pricing.
  • Manage account — goes to /account.
  • Blog, Product docs — same ideas as the main site and docs.melophrase.com.
Day-to-day learning still happens in that app; the welcome page is a hub after you join.

Forgotten password (/reset-password)

  1. Open melophrase.com/reset-password.
  2. Enter the email for your account and request a link.
  3. Use the link from the email on the same device and browser you normally use, when you can; if it fails, request a fresh email and try again (see also If something goes wrong).
When the reset email works, you land on melophrase.com/update-password (or follow the flow your email describes). There you enter a new password and confirmation. The form expects at least 8 characters — same ballpark as sign-up and log-in on the website.

URLs to bookmark

Use lowercase paths as the site expects them: Older bookmarks with capital letters (/Login, /SignUp) may not match every host or redirect rule; prefer the lowercase links above.
